Basically witht his App you can reset the license for trial for Maxon apps, including Red giant and REDSHIFT TOO!!! it contains guide in the downloadable file. You need to do this every 14 days to keep it working.
NOTE: it might stop working suddenly when Maxon fixes it!

I have tried several methods:
Tried VPN.
Tried different versions of the Maxon App (2.1.2; 3.1.x).
Tried rolling back after a Windows update.
Still infinite loading after replacing “Red Giant Service.exe” files
my system: Windows 21H2. OS build 19044.1889. Update KB5015730
