I can also confirm, there is an issue with this d/l link. It seems to be an issue on File-Uploads side, as the link works and after going through the 30sec wait and hCaptcha, the d/l link is generated. That link does not go through. I’ve checked and tried several times in different ways, as well as verifying with other files are working as expected from File-Upload. I’d suggest reuploading the file as the file/link on File-Uploads is broken.
